Job Summary
You'll be responsible for maintenancing existing HVAC systems, working on both commercial and residential systems including VRFs, package units, rooftop units, and your basic split systems. While conducting maintenance you will be responsible for logging current system data and diagnostics to ensure they are working optimaly and presenting repairs and improvements as necessary.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Perform maintenance of HVAC equipment in condos, commercial buildings, etc.
- Check newly installed components to confirm proper operation
- Keep record of systems data and potential parts used to perform the visit
- Identify and report any ineffeciencies
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and documents.
- Follow instructions, plans, and schedules as determined by job supervision.
Qualifications
- 2-years experience.
- Possess, or have the ability to acquire necessary tools.
- Able to carry up to 50 pounds.
- VRF training (a plus but not mandatory).
- Have a valid driver's license.
- Have dependable transportation.
