Job Summary: As an HVAC Service Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining existing HVAC systems, working on both commercial and residential units, including VRFs, package units, rooftop units, and standard split systems. During maintenance visits, you'll log system data and diagnostics to ensure optimal performance and recommend repairs or improvements as necessary.

Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment in various settings, including condos, commercial buildings, and residential properties.
  • Inspect newly installed components to confirm proper operation.
  • Keep accurate records of systems, data, and any parts used during service visits.
  • Identify and report any system inefficiencies or potential issues.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents.
  • Follow instructions, plans, and schedules as directed by job supervision.
Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in HVAC maintenance and service.
  • Possess or have the ability to acquire the necessary tools for the job.
  • Ability to carry up to 50 pounds.
  • VRF training is a plus but not required.
  • A valid driver’s license and dependable transportation are required.
